By visiting or using m3thebuilderscraft.com (the “website”) you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the website.

The website is run by M3 The Builders Craft (“we”, “us”), a project management consultancy based in Kuravilangad, Kottayam, Kerala. It describes our services, shares what we know about project management in construction, publishes company news and tells you how to reach us.

It has no user accounts, and nothing can be bought or paid for through it.

Everything on the website, including the PMC Knowledge Centre and our blog, is general information. It is not engineering, architectural, legal, financial or other professional advice, and you should not rely on it for a particular project.

Costs, timelines, approvals and other requirements vary with the project, the site and the authority involved. Figures and descriptions of our work, such as years of experience, projects delivered and clients served, are correct as at the date they were published.

Contacting us, or receiving a reply from us, does not make you our client and does not commit either of us to anything. An engagement begins only when both of us have signed a written agreement that sets out the scope, fees, responsibilities and any warranty.

What the website says about what we handle or warrant, such as approvals, inspections and warranty cover, is a summary. If it differs from the agreement, the agreement applies.

The text, photographs, graphics, logo and design of the website, and the name M3 The Builders Craft, belong to us or are used with permission. They are protected by Indian copyright and trade mark law.

You may read the website, link to it and print a page for your own use. You may not copy, republish, sell or adapt our content without our written permission. Some photographs show projects or premises that belong to our clients, and rights in them may sit with the client or the photographer.

You agree not to:

• try to gain unauthorised access to the website, its content management system or the servers behind them;
• introduce malware, or send automated requests at a rate that slows the website for others;
• use our contact details to send unsolicited commercial messages;
• use the website unlawfully, or present yourself as M3 The Builders Craft or as connected with us.

The website links to services we do not run, such as WhatsApp, e-mail, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn and Google Maps. We do not control them, their own terms and privacy policies apply once you follow a link, and a link is not an endorsement.

We take care over the website but do not promise that it is complete, current or free of errors. We may change, suspend or remove any part of it without notice, and it may be unavailable from time to time for maintenance or for reasons outside our control.

The website is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for any loss that results from using the website, relying on its content, its being unavailable, or a third-party site you reach through it.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to any rule of law to the contrary, the courts at Kottayam, Kerala have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.

If something is wrong, please tell us first. Most problems are settled faster in a conversation than in a court.

We may update these terms. The date at the top of this page shows when they last changed, and by continuing to use the website after a change you accept the new version. How we handle personal data is covered separately in our Privacy Policy.
