Common questions

PMC, answered

What does a PMC handle that a contractor does not?

A PMC works for the client rather than the build. M3 handles budget estimation and monitoring, vendor selection and supervision, quality inspections, statutory approvals and NOCs, and post-completion support — none of which sit with a contractor.

Does M3 charge extra for NOCs and government approvals?

No. NOCs and regulatory approvals are identified, applied for and handled as part of the service, at no additional cost.

What warranty does M3 provide?

A lifetime warranty on all work, excluding electrical items, plus monthly post-completion check-ups and handling of legal obligations within the warranty period.

How much of my time does a PMC-run project take?

Minimal. A single accountable team coordinates planning, vendors, quality and approvals, and reports through one consolidated billing and cashflow statement rather than a pile of separate receipts.
